PROVIDERS
Meet our three wonderful providers who strive everyday to give the best care they can to the children and families in our community.

DR. SARA LITTLE, MD, FAAP
"Dr. Little is a Port Jervis native whose role model was a Port Jervis doctor. At the ago of 10, she was inspired by the demeanor of her pediatrician, Julia Keniston. 'She came down to the kids' level and made you feel comfortable when you came to the office,' Little said. 'Her bedside manner was so warm-hearted. I wanted to help like her.' Little persisted with that intention, and her parents supported it. After attending Albright College in Redding, Pennsylvania, she went on to the University of the Caribbean for medical school because that was the program where both she and Brandon O'Connor, now her husband and Owner of O'Connor Medical Urgent Care, were accepted, she said. She then became chief resident of Goryeb Children's Hospital in Morristown, N.J. She kept her last name rather than taking her husband's because she said, 'I wanted to be Dr. Little.' However, she likes patients to call her 'Dr. Sara' as she called her pediatrician Dr. Julia.' When she returned to Port Jervis 15 years ago, while being affiliated with Bon Secours Community Hospital, she worked at Middletown Community Health Center, which was sold to Cornerstone Family Healthcare 8 years ago. But having her own practice was always her aim. Her father, who did construction and was also born and raised in Port Jervis, had left her property, a vacant lot on Orchard Street. 'I believe he wanted me to have the property for my work,' Little said. 'Seven and a half years ago, my brother said, 'Now is the time for the building. The community needed it.' Pediatricians were scarce in the area."

Brittany Vreeland, PA-C
Brittany grew up in Orange County, in 2018 she earned her bachelors of science degree in pharmacology from ACPHS and graduated with her Physician Assistant degree from Rutgers University in May 2023. When asked why she chose this path, Brittany said "I was drawn to become a physician assistant in pediatrics because I've always been passionate about both medicine and working with children. The opportunity to play a meaningful role in a child's health journey-whether it's supporting families through difficult diagnoses or celebrating developmental milestones-motivated me to pursue a career where I could combine clinical knowledge with compassionate care. As a PA, I'm able to build long-term relationships with patients and their families, provide education, and be a part of a collaborative healthcare team focused on giving kids the healthiest start possible." In her spare time, she enjoys reading fiction books, running, and camping.

Richard Blazeski, PA-C

He went on to earn his bachelor's degree from SUNY Binghamton before completing his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro College in 2024. During his clinical training, Richard completed a rotation at Little Pediatrics, where he discovered his passion for caring for children, That experience led him to officially join the Little Pediatrics team in September 2024. Outside of work, Richard enjoys running, golfing, and cheering on the New York Yankees and Notre Dame football.
